Warranty

Our goods are supplied with a warranty against defects for the period of time and application displayed on our products, or agreed and restrained within partnership agreement with our distributors.

 

If the battery proves to be defective or malfunctioning, it can be replaced, however delivering it to the warranty location and collecting a new one are at your cost. The claim must be made within the warranty period listed on the battery. Date proof of purchase is required. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase.

This warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available at law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Any defects caused by normal wear and tear, intentional damage, negligence, improper use, modification without distributor's consent, repair without authorized technical personnel are not covered by this warranty.
